Sod

Since we moved into our condo a couple of years ago the back area...not really big enough to be classified as a yard, has been dirt, today we got some sod and laid it down...here are some pics.

Duathlon

Today I did my first Duathlon, it was the First Annual Legacy Duathlon. The race was a 2 mile run-20 mile bike-2 mile run. My goal was to finish in under two hours and my final time was 1:59:06.4...so I met my goal...yea for me! Konae and Ryker were my faithful supporters, and in the process Ryker took a little tumble, below is the pic of his wounds.

Spring Break

For spring break we took a few days and went down to the St. George area. We spent a day in Zion's and then spent a day in St. George visiting family and going to the art fair. We had a great time getting away for a few days!

Haircut

We gave Ryker his first haircut today, it actually went good...here are some pics and video from the event.

Also in the last month I was forced into a group of people known as the 30's...yes I have left my wild 20's behind me and am entering the mature part of my life...yea right.

Hi

It has been a month or so since the last post, we have not been doing too much, just trying to get back in the groove after a wonderful Christmas break. We are back to teaching, Konae is keeping busy with that and taking care of her two children (Ryker and Chris). I have been asked to coach the young men in the ward for their basketball games, I am back to Monday night classes for my Masters, and just today I completed my first Triathlon at our local gym. That is really about it, he hope that all of our friends out there are doing good!
