Ryker is 5 months old

Well the time sure flies...just seems like yesterday that Konae was begging for the epidural and then we had our little bundle of joy. Ryker is now 5 months old; we just took him in to the doctors today, technically his 4 month check up but due to no insurance he had to wait a month. The Doc checked him out, said he looks great, and he got his regular shots. He is now 14.5 pounds and just over 24 inches long.

A Condo divided

Well we went and did it. With a 5 minute tromp through the snow and rain and a 1 minute wait in the non existent line we made it to our voting location and did our duty. Even though Konae and I voted differently we feel that it is important to get out there and vote and exercise your right as an American...and even though only one of us voted for the winning presidential candidate I will still love Konae after her candidate looses.

Fall Festivities

Over the past few weeks we have had the opportunity to spend some time with family; enjoying the time of year when it is perfectly legal, even expected, that if you have young children you should dress them up in some type of ridiculous costume so that when they eventually do have that first date you as the parent can bring out the old pics and get a chuckle...well, here ya go.
