Picking Pumpkins at Black Island Farms

We wet out west to Black Island Farms with Genevieve and Daemian to pick pumpkins for Halloween. 

Alana is hiding in the ghost and playing music. Ryker loved going down the slides. We rode the train together and laughed a lot making funny sounds as we went over all the ruts in the field.

 We watched the pig races and then Ryker got to pick a pig to win and it did!

North Logan Pumpkin Walk

Here we are at the North Logan Pumpkin Walk they had some new cutouts so Ryker smiled in them for us, he has a great smile!  I tried to get a picture of the jack-o-lantern barrel that they have a fire in but it didn't come out very well.  

This pumpkin is carved with the new USU logo and Ryker having another cameo.

 They had some great scenes this year. We really liked the killer bunnies - a fun card game, and Wipe-out a funny tv show.

Alana's first hair cut

Here is Alana getting her first hair cut. My wonderful friend Christina Johnson cut her hair. I have to say she sat really well and was a lot less squirmy then Ryker was for his first hair cut.

Zoo day with the Moss's

Genevieve and Daemian went to the Hogle Zoo with us today it was a lot of fun! 

They have a huge log and Ryker wanted to play on it.  I said he could if he could get on by himself. It took a few tries but he made it!

 

They polar polar bear was awesome! Hopefully you can tell from the pictures, she would come forward and go up on the glass and then fall back and lay  on her back and go back to her rock. She made the round several times it was really sweet to watch her. 

Ryker liked to climb on the animal sculptures today and we really liked to new baby Giraffe.

 Daemian is a little unsure about how sturdy the glass is between him and the grizzly bears, but he really liked sitting on the Rhino.
